Old Hickory St. Charles Wedding / Stacia + Brendan

It was the rainiest of wedding days, but these two radiated joy despite the weather. This was such a fun group and some of the best toasts we’ve ever witnessed! We will forever be convinced that rainy days make the most romantic weddings.

A Foggy Engagement Session in Alton / Natalie + Stanley

This is one of those times we could have spent hours photographing and hanging out with our clients. Natalie and Stanley kept us laughing and enjoying every minute of the foggy Missouri (and Illinois) weather. We took a short break mid- session at an awesome local brewery to get out of the cold for a bit. Alton is one of our new favorites spots to visit with all of these cute little coffeeshops and restaurants!

St. Louis Wedding / Kari + Pat

We have been looking forward to Kari and Pat’s wedding since we met them! They both have such fun and easy going personalities that we knew this day would be fantastic. Everything from the color scheme down to the feathers and kumquats in the brides bouquet and the custom green velvet jacket Pat wore at the reception was just SO GOOD.

St. Louis Donut + Lifestyle Maternity Session / Chelsea + Michael

We shot Chelsea and Michael’s wedding almost three years ago, and now they are expecting their first baby! We just love getting to see our clients through so many stages of life.

They had donuts at their wedding, so naturally we thought we should incorporate them again. Insert super cute donut shop, Vincent Van Doughnut. So close to home that the temptation for friend dough is always there.

We ended the session at Chelsea and Michael’s cozy home with their sweet pups who tried to steal the show, but this gorgeous mama was the real showstopper. She rocked that oversized sweater and leggings - she was pure pregnancy goals.

Baby Vera - St. Louis Lifestyle Newborn

We spent a beautiful snowy day with this sweet family. It isn’t often that we have the chance to shoot a newborn session, but when we do, we can’t get enough of the little coos and tiny toes! Katelyn and Nick are so much fun to be around, not to mention completely at ease in their new roles as mom and dad. Also, did you see this nursery?! Velvet curtain, palm wallpaper perfection!

Winter Wedding in St. Louis / Erin + Casey

What a way to start this year’s wedding season! Erin and Casey are undoubtedly one of the most laid back and down to earth couples we know, and nothing was going to stand in the way of their wedding day being an absolutely perfect celebration of their love for one another. Despite the frigid cold and crazy wind, these two kept smiling. We love seeing all of the little personal details that go into each and every wedding. And there were no shortage of those special touches for Erin and Casey. Also this cake was divine!

St. Louis Wedding / Tony + Casey

One of our goals for 2019 is to get back to actually blogging the amazing wedding we get to witness. So here we are!

Our last wedding of 2018 could not have been more perfect! The entire day was an absolute delight filled with love, joy, and Christmas spirit. There may have even been an appearance from the big man himself, Santa!

Tony and Casey have such a cool story. They met at a Christmas party 5 years ago at Sqwires, thanks to Casey’s mother. And now they’ve celebrated their wedding surround by family and friends at the very place they met and fell in love, and on the anniversary of that first Christmas party.
